Customer Service Specialist

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our esteemed client operating in the Logistics sector, whom we have the privilege of consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities
• Min 2 years of work experience
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Strong computer skill , good command of MS office applications
• Hard working, proactive and having multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork spirit
• Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
• Driving license (class B) and being an active driver is preferred

Job Description

• Be responsible for whole operation process from booking stage to delivery, ensuring all process is managed in compliance with internal guidelines and SOP requirements
• Processing received orders; booking with carriers, communicating with overseas offices & agents, providing information to customers about shipment status on regular basis
• Handling daily operations; following shipping instructions, other required documents & information with customers and ensuring all are submitted to required parties timely, sending departure/arrival notices
• Ensuring all systems are updated timely to reflect actual data
• Making any necessary shipment related arrangements with the suppliers
• Documentation follow up, Bill of Lading and Delivery Order issuance
• Invoicing and cost follow up
• Keeping requested reports for the shipment activities
