Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while accurately assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

Assist customers with order placement and follow up on production and delivery schedules.

Greet clients and visitors professionally, maintaining a positive and welcoming company image.

Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate hard copy and electronic records.

Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients through clear, effective, and professional communication.

Provide detailed product information and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and promptly.

Handle customer complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Follow up on deliveries, payments, dispatches, QR codes, artwork approvals, and proforma invoices.

Ensure compliance with QHSE, Food Safety (FS), and GMP standards at all times.
Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.

6 months of proven experience in a customer service or related role.

Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently under pressure.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
