We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and demonstrate expertise in handling multi-line phone systems and data entry.
Responsibilities:
• Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle inbound calls in a high-volume call center setting while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Operate multi-line phone systems to manage and prioritize incoming calls effectively.
• Perform accurate data entry to document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Utilize Windows PC systems to access and update customer information.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies to provide consistent and accurate information.
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further assistance.
• Monitor call center operations and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Uphold a positive and helpful attitude while managing challenging situations with customers.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints effectively.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing inbound calls.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with Windows PC systems and related software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling various customer scenarios.
