Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone; emphasis on email customer service
- Assist clients with product or service questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with professionalism and patience
- Conduct outbound email responses and calling to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Manage data entry tasks accurately within our customer relationship management (CRM) system and maintain detailed records of interactions
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, promoting relevant products or services, and contributing to client retention strategies
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes and share insights gained from client interactions
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service environments or customer support roles is preferred, with a strong emphasis in email customer service
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for success in this role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required for daily tasks
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is advantageous
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with call etiquette standards and professional demeanor during all interactions
Pay: $16.00 per hour
