We are looking for a
Customer Service Specialist
to provide support for all order management activities including especially instruments and equipment data by close communication with all related departments and customers.
Responsibilities
-
Responsible for all
order management, order placing
activities, through close communication with sales department & Europe and Levant area distributors,
-
Ensure timely entry and processing of orders according to shipment schedules & follow the order processing timeline,
-
Share the shipping documents with Levant distributors after prechecking completed (Packing list, invoice, AWB-SWB, COO)
-
Analyse customer complaints and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve issues.

Manage customer master data,
-
Tracking open order - backorder for the distributors,
-
Set a meeting with the distributors and Europe Team to be aligned for the orders, shipments and loadings,
-
Have an incoterm knowledge,
-
Actively participate in improving supply chain processes.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field,
-
Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset,
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or related functions,
-
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with
SAP SD module
is a plus,

Familiarity with Customer Service and Order Management systems,
-
Strong team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills,
-
Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail,
-
For male candidates, completion of military service is required.
