Customer Service Specialist

Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and other channels. Day today responsibilities include handling customer communications, addressing concerns efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and messages professionally.
  • Assist customers with procedures and required documents.
  • Explain processes and answer customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding payments and documentation.
  • Upload and update customer information on Odoo and related systems.
  • Prepare and organize documents and reports.
  • Support daily customer service operations and follow ups.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
