Role Overview

GrowthRise Solutions is hiring Customer Service Specialists – E-commerce to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, manage orders and returns, and provide live support to ensure a smooth shopping experience for international customers. We are looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals with strong English communication skills who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and other channels.
  • Order & Return Management: Process, track, and manage customer orders and returns accurately.
  • Live Chat Assistance: Handle real-time conversations to resolve customer concerns.
  • Data Entry & Updates: Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
  • Microsoft Office: Use Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
  • Communication: Deliver clear written and verbal support to international customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Must bring a personal laptop to work.
  • Availability to work daily on-site at our office, Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
