SYVO is looking for a  Client Support Specialist  to serve as the main point of contact for clients. This role involves managing communication, handling client requests, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and manage their requests.
  • Complete updates or changes directly when possible.
  • Coordinate with other departments for requests requiring additional support.
  • Track and manage client tasks using project management tools.
  • Ensure all client interactions are clear, timely, and professional.


Requirements

  • Fluent in  English , both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in  customer service  or  client management .
  • Proficiency in  Excel  for tracking, reporting, and client inventory management.
  • Experience with  project management tools  (e.g., Jira).
  • Basic understanding of  HTML/CSS .
  • Working knowledge of  Photoshop  or  Figma .
  • Experience with  Zendesk  is a plus.
  • Familiarity with  Google Analytics  is a plus.

This position combines client communication with practical support and task coordination. You’ll be responsible for ensuring client requests are completed accurately - whether by making updates yourself or by working with the appropriate team.
