Job Title: Mobile App Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Mobile App Sales to lead all efforts in increasing mobile app adoption and sales. The primary goal of this role is to maximize app revenue by driving installs, converting users into active customers, and ensuring a seamless app experience. The role combines sales leadership, customer support, and operational coordination with technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive mobile app sales growth by converting app installs into active paying users.

· Monitor app installs, sales, and engagement metrics, and report on performance regularly.

· Conduct follow-ups and outreach to users who have installed the app but have not made purchases.

· Provide hands-on support to customers facing issues with the app, ensuring smooth usage.

· Troubleshoot app or dashboard issues and coordinate directly with the app developer to resolve them.

· Manage app orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

· Lead cold calling and outreach campaigns to onboard existing clients who are not using the app.

· Maintain sales reports, campaign lead sheets, and dashboards for management review.

· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and features for maximum app revenue.

· Proactively identify opportunities to increase app adoption and revenue.

· Updating CRM and keeping it upto date.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Proven experience in mobile app sales, digital product sales, or customer success.

· Strong understanding of sales metrics, app analytics, and CRM tools.

· Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to troubleshoot app issues and coordinate effectively with developers.

· Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and sales follow-ups.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
