Customer Service Specialist (Temporary)

Would you like to work with us for 6 months for our Customer Service Specialist(Temporary) position?

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in logistics, supply chain or other comparable area and ideally first relevant experience
• Ability to work with MS Office packages; knowledge of SAP S/4 is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and responsible attitude
• Fluent Turkish and English language skills both written and spoken

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Order entry (orders received via Refinity – follow up on errors if occur)
• Transmit ordered materials in PR à create PO towards Münster
• Book goods receipt, once goods arrive in TR
• Align with GB and customs that customs is done
• Deliver sales order in company, book goods issue to distributor
• Contact partner for distributor
• Sales order related tasks (NC, returns, follow up back orders, price list loading etc.)
