Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, delivering effective and timely solutions.
• Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor, communicate, and resolve service-related issues efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Consistently ensure the delivery of a superior customer experience, contributing to high Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: A Levels/Intermediate or equivalent.
• Exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to maintain a neutral or American accent in communications.
