Job Description

Receive and document customer applications, along with all required documents, records, and information, ensuring completeness in accordance with approved procedures.

Review and verify all documents, records, and information related to customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and validity prior to processing.

Issue No Objection Certificates (NOCs), health certificates, licenses, and other municipal service-related documents, and address customer requests within the scope of municipal services.

Communicate and coordinate with relevant organizational units responsible for service delivery to expedite pending transactions and ensure timely completion within established service timelines.

Receive customer feedback and complaints, and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them promptly, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
