Customer Service Store Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage goods receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance in SAP.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, bin cards, and ensure FIFO & 5S compliance.
  • Handle daily sales orders, counter sales, and complaint-based issuances.
  • Coordinate with Central Store for parts codes, forecasts, and stock replenishment.
  • Conduct market visits, arrange quotations, and support local purchases.
  • Manage faulty parts return, scrap handling, audits, and reporting to Finance.
  • Ensure Monthly Parts Sales Target Achievement and timely receivables against credit invoices.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in store/inventory management.
  • Proficiency in SAP , Advanced Excel , and data analysis .
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
