Customer Service Store Officer
Key Responsibilities

Manage goods receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance in SAP.

Maintain accurate inventory records, bin cards, and ensure FIFO & 5S compliance.

Handle daily sales orders, counter sales, and complaint-based issuances.

Coordinate with Central Store for parts codes, forecasts, and stock replenishment.
-
Conduct market visits, arrange quotations, and support local purchases.
-
Manage faulty parts return, scrap handling, audits, and reporting to Finance.
-
Ensure Monthly Parts Sales Target Achievement and timely receivables against credit invoices.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum
3 years’ experience
in store/inventory management.

Proficiency in
SAP
,
Advanced Excel
, and
data analysis
.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
