You can work an alternate schedule, only working 26 weeks/year, but getting paid for 52! This schedule runs 12 hours/day 7 days on and 7 days off, 10am to 10pm Monday - Thursday, 9am to 9pm Friday, 8:30am to 8:30pm Saturday - Sunday. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day
- Provide reliable support to brokerage, tracking, admin, and approvals teams.
- Backup support may be needed if we are down a person
- Bid on loads consistently using the DAT quick rate lookup tool
- Track the shipments won based on the sales code and rate
- The person who bid the won load should have their name as the CSR in LME
- Update ETAs and relay time-sensitive information using Trucker Tools, Text Locate, and RingCentral.
- Field calls from various phone queues, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
- Maintain professional communication with carriers, dispatchers, and drivers on behalf of the company.
- Act as a central point of coordination by relaying updates and solutions between carriers and internal teams.
- Other duties as assigned
