Customer Service Team Leader

  • Location: Karachi
  • Shift Timings: Rotational
  • Education: Intermediate/Graduation
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience. Prior exposure to handling inbound & outbound calls is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: .

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Having good technical skills and able to resolve complex issues.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve customer problems.
  • Must Lead and motivate team to optimum performance levels to achieve agreed targets.
  • Deliver all departmental, self and team KPI's, achieving set targets and objectives.
  • Manage team KPIs and ensure that each member of the team provide optimum level of customer services to the customer.
