Customer Service Technician

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Customer Service Technician who will assist our gym partners in resolving technical issues with their service or equipment.

The Customer Service Technician will respond to technical service requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve all inquiries in a professional manner.

You will be the first point of contact for our gym partners, providing exceptional and timely service.

A key part of being a successful Customer Services team member is helping our gym partners maintain the integrity and ongoing functioning of the their client-facing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Answer queries and resolve issues for our gym partners in a quick and resourceful manner
  • Initiate Proactive reach outs to our partners to ensure ongoing system quality and flag any potential problems
  • Use your technical knowledge to assess the situation and propose solutions
  • Interact with various internal departments to offer solutions to clients
  • Interact with Traffic Department to effect ad broadcast
  • Generate and monitor periodic reports

Qualifications

  • Basic terminal experience in Linux
  • Experience in referencing Linux and Windows logs to assist with issue resolution
  • You have excellent Communication skills and enjoy connecting with both internal and external clients
  • You have the ability to multitask between different requests, computer programs and clients' issues
  • You have the ability to remain calm and professional
  • You enjoy proactively trying to solve an issue using various resources
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft products- Office, Teams, Word, Excel
