Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our movers and packers operations team. This role requires strong customer service skills, excellent organizational ability, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities under pressure. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and supporting moving crews while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding scheduling, updates, and service inquiries.
  • Coordinate and dispatch moving crews to ensure the timely execution of moves.
  • Monitor daily schedules, resolve conflicts, and adjust assignments as necessary.
  • Provide prompt solutions for escalations and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate logs of schedules, communications, and service records.
  • Develop rapport with customers to encourage positive Google and industry reviews
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with movers and customers to promote seamless coordination and execution.
  • Conduct initial video presentation to evaluate and pre-screen potential crew members in alignment with company standards and project needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
