Minuteman Press, the world’s largest and top-rated digital print, marketing, and design franchise, is seeking a candidate for Customer Service Representative/Print Shop Manager. The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our shop, as well as on the phone and via email.We are looking for someone with an interest in the print industry, a desire to learn new things, and great customer service skills.Duties of the Customer Service Representative/Print Shop Manager candidate will include:
- Manage projects that involve a wide range of high-quality printing and communication services.
- Answering the phone and emails.
- Providing detailed estimates/quotes to customers.
- Engaging with customers on all levels.
- Review job specifications from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs.
- Basic operation of copiers/printers and finishing equipment. Includes cutting flyers/business cards, processing mailers, binding books, folding brochures, padding notepads, etc.
The successful candidate will:
- Have great customer service abilities.
- Have print design knowledge.
- Be able to work independently and be able to multi-task/handle several client jobs at the same time.
- Experience with Xerox or Konica is preferred.
- FedEx Office, Staples Print/Copy Center, UPS Store Experience Very Helpful.
Job is In-Person.
No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays.

Pay: $35,360.00 - $43,680.00 per year
