Customer Service/Receptionist - Auto workshop

  • Welcome customers and manage front desk operations
  • Coordinate service bookings and appointments
  • Liaise between customers, technicians, and service advisors
  • Manage calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally
  • Maintain organized service records and documentation
  • Support smooth daily operations within the service area

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience (automotive preferred) - Minimum 2 years in UAE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and administrative skills
