Job Overview:
The Customer Service Advisor will handle customer interactions to ensure all inquiries and requests are resolved efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, clear communication, and a focus on maintaining service quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Record customer concerns and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain records of customer communication in the company database.
  • Assist in improving customer support procedures by identifying common issues.
  • Adhere to company service standards and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult situations.
