Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Executive- USA
Location: Office-Based Onsite in Rawalpindi ( Satellite Town)
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 11:00PM ( For females) , 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM ( For males only) (Pakistan Standard Time in 2 shifts (Rotation)
Gender Preference: Female candidates are encouraged to apply with fixed timing from 2PM-11PM

About the Company

The job is with our partner firm Bell View Oceanic , a growing technology company providing innovative solutions across SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise support. As part of our expansion, we are hiring a dedicated and professional Customer Service and Sales Executive to assist our global client base with sales tasks, inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support.

Job Summary

As a Sales executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely, accurate, and courteous support via email, chat, and phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, a calm and problem-solving attitude, and a willingness to learn technical concepts to assist users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels (email, live chat, phone)
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team
  • Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to report recurring issues or feedback
  • Meet daily KPIs related to response time, ticket resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Perform sales activities to generate revenues
  • Good telephone call experience with good accent preferably American

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a customer support and sales role (preferably in a tech company)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic tone
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work in the assigned Afternoon/Evening/night shift (2:00PM-11:00PM For females only) and from 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM ( For males only)

Preferred Qualities

  • Prior experience in a SaaS or IT service environment
  • Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting steps
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Rawalpindi Satellite Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
