Customer Services Manager

Thrive Health is seeking a Customer Services Manager who will support our growing health & wellness practice by managing client relations (welcoming clients, providing information, managing appointments/billing/correspondence, resolving concerns) and performing administrative duties. This is a front line position that will also work closely with (and provide backup to) the Clinic Practice Manager, as well as the doctors, therapists, and other specialists at the centre.

We are conveniently located in Gulberg near the Main Boulevard. Office timings are currently 9am to 6pm (2pm on Saturdays, Sundays closed). We have a friendly female-led work environment and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

The right person for this role:
1. Is friendly, approachable, energetic and loves working with children.
2. Conducts herself politely, professionally and with a positive attitude (even under pressure).
3. Communicates effectively with clients, their families, doctors, therapists.
4. Can effectively mediate and solve disputes and handle other challenging communications.
5. Is resourceful, proactive, highly organized, and pays attention to detail.
6. Has good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Requirements:
At least 1 year of client handling experience preferred.
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Proficient in English (oral and written).

Compensation offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s profile.

THRIVE is a Centre for Health and Wellbeing that hosts a multi-disciplinary team including psychologists, speech & language pathologists, behaviour therapists, a developmental paediatrician, a psychiatrist, and other professionals all focused on bringing an evidence-based and holistic approach to supporting clients needs. We work with children, adults, their families, and also offer services for school communities including consultancy services, psycho-educational assessments, and tailored trainings & workshops.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs45,000.00 per month
