Customer Care Incharge

Lahore, Pakistan

Department: Customer Care Incharge ( Females Only)
Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore main ferozpur road.
Reports to: Admin manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the customer care department.
  • Lead, guide, and support the customer care representatives to achieve service targets.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor calls, emails, and other communication channels for quality and service standards.
  • Develop and implement customer care policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Accounts) to resolve customer concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/customer care software.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
