Job Overview

We are seeking a female Customer Service Representative (CSR) with prior experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should be presentable, well-groomed, and articulate, with excellent communication and client-handling skills. She will be responsible for managing client queries, coordinating property visits, and providing professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, phone calls, and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional assistance and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team regarding property listings, client requirements, and leads.
  • Schedule and manage property visits for clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records, files, and documentation.
  • Provide after-sales service and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Female candidate, well-presentable and professional in appearance.
  • Prior experience in the real estate sector is a must.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship roles.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries with patience, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field).
