Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally with USA clients through calls, chat & email
  • Handle GMB profile updates, verifications, reviews monitoring & reporting
  • Assist SEO team with basic tasks such as:
  • Business listing management
  • Keyword research guidance
  • Local ranking checks
  • Reporting & follow-ups
  • Resolve customer queries related to digital marketing services
  • Maintain high-quality service & meet support SLAs
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely client delivery
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Document interactions and updates in CRM

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
  • Customer service experience preferred (Call center/CSR)
  • Familiar with SEO & GMB tasks (basic understanding required)
  • Strong understanding of Google Maps, reviews, and listings
  • Problem-solving & active listening skills
  • Ability to handle USA-based client communication confidently
  • Computer & internet proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing or Local SEO support
  • Knowledge of GMB suspensions, reinstatement requests & updates
  • Past call center / support experience
