Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with USA clients through calls, chat & email
- Handle GMB profile updates, verifications, reviews monitoring & reporting
- Assist SEO team with basic tasks such as:
- Business listing management
- Keyword research guidance
- Local ranking checks
- Reporting & follow-ups
- Resolve customer queries related to digital marketing services
- Maintain high-quality service & meet support SLAs
- Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely client delivery
- Build long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Document interactions and updates in CRM
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
- Customer service experience preferred (Call center/CSR)
- Familiar with SEO & GMB tasks (basic understanding required)
- Strong understanding of Google Maps, reviews, and listings
- Problem-solving & active listening skills
- Ability to handle USA-based client communication confidently
- Computer & internet proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Digital Marketing or Local SEO support
- Knowledge of GMB suspensions, reinstatement requests & updates
- Past call center / support experience
