Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Arabic Speaker
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time and On-site
Shift Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow communication scripts, procedures, and quality standards
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet individual and team performance targets
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Prior customer service experience in a BPO or call center environment
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM system knowledge
- Flexible to work in shifts if required

- Excellent listening and communication abilities in Arabic

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
