Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to all customer queries across assigned social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Suggest the best possible product options to customers based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate product information to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts following provided guidelines.
- Handle customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Upload and update products on the e-commerce store and social platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams when required and provide creative input for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media customer service and post management.
- Excellent English writing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and editing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of multitasking.
- Team-oriented with the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
Job Details:
Location: Wapda Town, Lahore. (On-Site, Full-Time)
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 100,000 (Depends on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
