We are currently looking for a “Customer Services Specialist ” for our business partner operating in the consumer goods sector.
The role will be responsible for all sales reporting and analysis processes within the company, ensuring that sales and operational services to both internal and external customers are carried out at the highest level.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage the entire order cycle from order entry to invoicing.

Process both customer orders and returns in SAP in line with the company’s standard operating procedures and resolve any issues together with Supply Chain and Finance teams.

Coordinate and prioritize customer orders effectively by working closely with customers, sales teams, and all operational stakeholders.

Track the status of customer orders and ensure on-time, complete delivery; coordinate the resolution of any delivery or shipment issues with internal and external stakeholders.

Keep customer and product master data accurate and up to date in SAP.

Monitor and regularly report customer service levels and work with relevant departments to improve order fulfillment rates.

Report weekly to Sales & Marketing teams regarding unavailable products in incoming customer orders.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum intermediate level of English.

At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Order Management and/or Reporting functions.

Experience in pharmaceuticals, dermocosmetics or FMCG sectors is preferred.

Experience in international and corporate company environments.

Proficient in MS Office.

Preferably experienced in SAP SD and MM modules.
