• Process transactions accurately using cash handling procedures and data entry skills.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and client preferences using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate with team members to identify sales opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support client services by managing appointments, updating client information, and ensuring timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Experience with outbound calling and client engagement strategies is advantageous.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
