Customer Service/Sales Representative

Job Overview
Our client is a well established manufacturer of components sold into automation and electronics. They are seeking a dynamic inside sales person that can generate new business while promoting existing customers. This is a consultative sales role helping customers find solutions and working with them to promote best outcomes for their needs.

Duties

• Engage with customers via phone, email, to provide outstanding support and product information
• Assist clients in selecting products or services that meet their needs, promoting upselling when appropriate
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote new offerings, or gather customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and Microsoft Office tools
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
• Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing situations and providing clear solutions

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred training provided for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills in English required
• Experience in sales or client services that involved outbound calling or face-to-face interactions is required
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, including data entry and typing proficiency
• Knowledge of call etiquette, analysis skills for assessing customer needs, and experience working in a fast-paced environment will set you apart
• The ability to understand technical products and applications is strongly desired
• A degree or equivalent experience is required

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
