Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and territory management strategies.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers through effective account management and customer service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to expand our B2B sales footprint.
- Manage a designated territory efficiently, ensuring consistent coverage and follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and generate reports for analysis and strategy refinement.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong skills in negotiation, lead generation, and direct sales techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for territory growth.
- Experience in technology sales or retail sales is a plus, along with knowledge of marketing principles.
