Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly via phone, email, or in person, establishing a friendly and professional rapport
  • Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product or service information
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing customers to promote products or services
  • Process transactions accurately using Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems, including cash handling when necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales, and support activities for analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and achieve sales targets
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and clarity in all interactions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for daily tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required
  • Outstanding communication skills paired with active listening to understand customer needs thoroughly
  • Knowledge of call center best practices, including phone etiquette and customer engagement strategies
  • Analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for upselling or service improvements
