Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing insurance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, is eager to learn, and wants to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

You’ll assist clients with their insurance needs, provide excellent customer service, and help develop new business opportunities. Sales experience is preferred, but if you have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, we’re willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person to understand their insurance needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and explain policy details and coverage options clearly
• Develop leads, follow up with prospects, and help generate new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate client information and documentation in our systems
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Stay informed about insurance products, regulations, and company offerings
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals
• Support front office operations and assist with daily administrative tasks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and people skills (both verbal and written)
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Basic computer and office technology skills
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred (not required)
• Property & Casualty license a plus — or willingness to obtain one with company support
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
