Customer Service/Sales Representative

Duties

• Greet customers warmly via phone and in person, providing outstanding customer support and assistance
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services to maximize satisfaction and sales
• Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote new offerings, or gather customer feedback
• Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office tools and other computer systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions at all times
• Process transactions efficiently, including cash handling and receipt issuance, ensuring accuracy and security
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall client services through analysis of customer data

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred
• Proven track record in sales or client services with strong outbound calling skills
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse customer bases
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills required for data management
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation in English and other languages as applicable
• Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and call center procedures will set you apart
• Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions
