A note before the job description:
Most people are taught to chase volume. Dial more, blast more, pad the numbers. We do the opposite. One qualified, high-intent appointment is worth more than fifty warm bodies who never show. If that idea makes sense to you in your gut, keep reading. If it doesn't, this isn't your seat.
Integrated Wealth Systems helps clients build real wealth using advanced strategies most people never get taught. Our leads come in hot from ads, campaigns, and channels across multiple platforms. Your job is to reach them fast, find out if there's a real gap worth solving, and book the right ones into a consultation with a senior consultant.
This is not a closer role. You are the front of the engine. You qualify, you book, you confirm, you protect the show rate. When you do that well, the consultants close, and you get paid on the results you created.
What you'll actually do
Reach inbound leads quickly and professionally, across every platform and campaign they come from.
Qualify each prospect on the things that matter: their financial gap, income, business profile, urgency, and readiness to move now.
Book qualified prospects into senior consultants' calendars using our approved scheduling tools.
Run a tight confirmation process so the people you book actually show up.
Keep clean, accurate records of every interaction in our CRM (Keap and GoHighLevel, plus other systems as needed).
Work the standing funnels and pipelines so no lead ever goes untouched.
Partner with marketing on the campaigns feeding you leads, and tell them what you're seeing on the phones.
How we measure success
Qualified appointments booked, not padded numbers.
Show rate on the appointments you set.
Speed to first contact on inbound leads.
CRM accuracy and follow-through on every lead.
Who you are
You believe quality conversations beat volume, and you can prove it.
You build rapport fast and read what a prospect actually needs.
You're organized, you prioritize, and you don't let leads slip.
You're comfortable being measured on results.
Retail or customer service background helps but isn't required. Hunger and coachability matter more.
The deal
Performance-based compensation. [State the structure here: base plus commission, or per-qualified-appointment plus show and close bonuses, and an OTE range.] Your earnings track your results and your team's results. Strong setters do well here. Weak ones don't last, and that's by design.
