Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with experience in the business setup industry in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales for company formation services, including mainland, free zone, and offshore business setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients interested in starting or expanding a business in the UAE.
  • Present and promote company formation services, including trade license issuance, visa processing, PRO services, and corporate banking support.
  • Qualify leads and identify client needs based on business activity, jurisdiction (Mainland/Free Zone/Offshore), and budget.
  • Schedule meetings and consultations for senior sales consultants or business setup advisors.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure consistent communication.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information, status, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest rules and regulations related to company formation in different UAE jurisdictions.
  • Handle client objections professionally and provide accurate information to build trust.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years) in tele sales within the UAE business setup industry.
  • Knowledge of UAE company formation processes across Mainland, Free Zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, SHAMS), and Offshore jurisdictions.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
