Customer Service/Vendor Management

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service/Vendor team member to be part of our customer support team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client services. This role requires a proactive approach to managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Responds prompty to incoming calls, emails and online inquires from customers while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• While working collaboratively with the manufacturing team, process and manage incoming customer purchase orders in the system in a timely manner according to established department procedures.
• Strong bilingual skills, with proficiency in English a plus.
• Proactively follow up with customers regarding estimated shipment dates for orders, providing timely updates to maintain transparency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with JobBOSS manufacturing system a plus.
• Experience in sales or client services is highly desirable.
• Provide timely and accurate information on incoming customer order status requests.
• Coordinates activities involved with purchasing goods and services, such as raw material, equipment, tools, parts for customers orders.
• Confers with vendors to obtain product and service information, such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
• Prepare purchase orders.
• Maintains procurement records, such as items or services purchased, costs, and delivery. Shares information in a timely manner to rpoduction team.
• Proactively follow up with vendors regarding estimated shipment dates for orders, providing timely updates to management.
• Be comfortable working in a fst-pased manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
