Do Something That Moves you

  • Collect Customer Sales orders from first all customers , Sales team and SCM. Analyse orders on hand versus commercial plans and ensure reporting and fulfilment of the residuals to meet the budget figures. Ensure agreed specific commercial and logistics conditions are accurately adhered to agreed terms and conditions
  • Manage orders fulfilment / SAP deliveries creation according to the divisional followed allocation procedures. Align with Customers on delivery schedule/appointments. coordinate with 3PL Warehouses , Sourcing Units , transport agencies and WH team the shipping schedule . Ensure that aggregation data is provided to customers or governmental portals on time to enable the delivery execution.
  • Perform Billing activities and ensure the release to accounting in a timely manner .
  • Manage the selling (invoicing / CIF) prices in SAP with close interaction with Regulatory Affairs, Controlling and Market Access functions and in line with internal control policies.
  • Steer implementation and maintenance of accurate Customer and Product Master‐Data in SAP, according to internal policies , guidelines and the defined rules and responsibilities.
  • Manage the end to end letters of credit cycle in line with Bayer LC SOPs. Deliver to customers and/or Banks , related documentation and communications in partnership with F&A and Credit management.
  • Align with Controlling , Commercial leads and SCM on quarterly / monthly Gross targets. Provide clarity regarding risk & opportunities to the outlook.
  • Maintain and Provide daily outlook of monthly estimate "TMS" to Controlling and Commercial teams.
  • Communicate any operational challenges that may impact negatively the gross to net spend to concerned departments i.e demurrages , expiries etc. Proactively work on cost avoidance from such events.
  • Ensure Audit readiness and Secure the proper documentation / approvals as per the exceptional committee matrix for all incidents that differ from the contractually agreed terms and conditions.
  • Provide complete set of shipping documents according to country requirements and business type in advance of shipment arrival in destination country to facilitate / ensure an immediate customs clearance
  • Secure Country importation requirements of local approvals , inspection , insurance , preferential documents including governmental portals management i.e CargoX
  • Work with internal teams and external parties (Customs authority , Chamber of commerce , MOH, EDA, NAFEZA ..etc) to address any Product Classification issues that may hinder the local approvals & ultimately customs clearance procedures.
  • Mitigate any issues related to customs fees , duties, clearance procedures, demurrages, etc.
  • Contribute Actively to local / sub regional S&OP meetings and ensure close alignment with local stakeholders (business, CPL functions, supply chain, distribution, RA, Quality, etc.) to deliver business results
  • Act as first point of contact to manage escalations and exceptions from service delivery network for all customer solutions matters including but not limited to blocked orders, allocations, customer requests, governmental requirements etc.
  • Responsible for successful execution of country portfolio of O2B Shared Service Centre Operators.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with concerned department/s (Pharmacovigilance, Quality, RA..etc) .
  • Maximize customer service experience by better understanding Customer needs and offering Value Added Solutions to develop and execute joint operations plans
  • Steer high level of attention to new launches and strategic products to match the organizational strategy whilst materializing the business plans.

Your Experience

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 3 years of customer operational experience in customer solutions ,order to cash , Export business , distribution and supply chain
  • Deep understanding of end to end order to cash operations with particular focus on commercial and customer services
  • Ability to use judgment to provide solutions to complex business problems and think beyond local context
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and comfortable working with all levels of management
  • Mature business ethics and deep understanding of applicable regulatory requirements
  • Assertive, competent, confident, and resilient , Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • French is a desired add on
