Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties focused on delivering first-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:
 

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms, responding in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing accurate information regarding BIOTRONIK products, services, and order statuses.
  • Efficiently processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborating closely with sales, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer journey.
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with relevant departments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
  • Adhering to all company policies and industry regulations, particularly those pertaining to the medical device sector.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for thinking critically to find effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and composed.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative and positive mindset, with a commitment to teamwork and achieving shared goals.
  • Experience within the healthcare, medical device, or a related regulated industry is highly desirable but not essential.
