Position Summary
Level: Specialist Master (Architect) or equivalent
As a Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
- Requirements Discovery and Analysis: Lead workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders to elicit business requirements, map them to Salesforce capabilities, and identify integration or data needs.
- Solution Road mapping: Advise clients on platform strategy, Salesforce product selection, and multi-cloud integration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a technical point-of-contact, shaping client expectations and driving strategic adoption of Salesforce features.
- Blueprint Creation: Develop high-level and detailed solution designs, including data models, integration patterns, security models, and process flows.
- Complex Problem Solving: Tackle multi-cloud, multi-system, or heavily customized scenarios, designing solutions for scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Technical Mentoring: Guide developers, admins, and junior team members in best practices, code quality, and configuration standards.
- Data Migration Strategy: Define and oversee migration plans from legacy systems, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
- Third-Party Integration: Architect and manage connections between Salesforce and external platforms (ERP, data warehouse, marketing automation, etc.).
- Data Governance: Ensure robust data security, privacy, and compliance standards are met.
- Performance & Scalability : Analyse existing client implementations for opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
- Innovation Leadership: Promote new Salesforce features, accelerating adoption of AI/Einstein, process automation, and industry solutions.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to Deloitte’s internal knowledge, participate in architect community, and develop reusable assets or IP.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- A Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce implementations.
- Mastery of Salesforce platform development and architecture, with proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Integration APIs, and web services.
- Hands-on experience on Salesforce Apex Programming Design Patterns
- Hands on experience on Salesforce Integration Design Patterns
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and best practices.
- Experience with data integration, migration, and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
- Experience with Health cloud and/or Life science cloud.
- Project experience on Life science and Health clients (Patient experience, Commercial, Med Tech, Provider and/or Payer)
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer and at least two additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile delivery in CI/CD environments.
- Knowledge about CI/CD tools such as Copado would be a valuable addition.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- SME in at least two Salesforce areas (e.g., Health/Life Science Cloud/Veeva CRM). And working experience on Service Cloud or Experience Cloud
