Customer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities

· Support daily communication with clients professionally

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

· Assist with client onboarding and training sessions

· Track client feedback, satisfaction, and engagement metrics

· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

· Coordinate with departments to resolve client concerns

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply

· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

· Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus

· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills

Shift Timings

· US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Transportation/Daily pick and drop will be provided to the females by the company end.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
