Job Summary:
As a Customer Success Engineer you will be the technical backbone of the customer journey, working closely with our clients to ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of our cybersecurity platform ThreatQ. You will own the post-sales technical relationship, guiding customers through onboarding, integrations with internal tools and threat feeds, and building threat intelligence workflows. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between customers and the ThreatQuotient’s internal teams - Technical Support, Sales, Professional Services and Engineering, with a focus on driving satisfaction, and retention. This role combines technical acumen, cybersecurity expertise, and customer-centric problem-solving.
