Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Executive to manage client accounts, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
- Handle client inquiries and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with the design team for timely, high-quality output
- Work with the support team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain strong communication and build long-term client relationships
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
