Customer Success Executive - Haball Private Limited

This job is with Haball Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle banks , Corporate, Distributor and Retailer support.
  • Handle dispute resolution with the customer and liaison with internal teams, PSO/PSP/Banks, ensure legal compliance.
  • Respond to Support request of all Levels.
  • Own and drive Severity 1/2 Incidents.
  • Determine solution adoption and uptake of transactions.
  • Conduct Operational Review meetings with Corporate Customers
  • Maintain incidents reports and share with line manager on weekly basis
  • Strong understanding of digital payments, settlements, and transaction flows.
  • Ability to handle failed transactions, reconciliation issues, and operational queries.
  • Comfortable working with CRM/ticketing tools
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) for emails, calls, and WhatsApp coordination.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
