Front Desk officer (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and well-organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments and maintain visitor records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Ensure security procedures are followed at the front desk

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email)
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
