Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Intern to support our US/UK client operations. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication, timely resolution of issues, and continuous process optimization. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client relationship management, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for US/UK-based clients through email.
  • Address client inquiries, provide status updates, and capture feedback for service improvement.
  • Escalate client concerns to internal teams and coordinate follow-ups to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Perform recurring operational support tasks aligned with customer success processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Website, SEO, Ads, and Social media to ensure a seamless client experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication and professional email etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success principles, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira).  Proficiency in presentation tools like Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (V lookup & pivot table).
  • Comfortable using AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly AI) to streamline work, write SOPs, draft responses, or research quickly.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, remote-first team environment.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or part-time experience in a customer-facing, operations, or support role (preferred, not mandatory).
