Swvl UAE is looking for a Customer Success Lead to own and grow relationships with our enterprise clients across corporate, education, hospitality, and logistics sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong client management skills with operational understanding and commercial awareness. You will act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring service excellence, client retention, renewals, and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow enterprise client relationships
• Conduct weekly/monthly business reviews and KPI reporting
• Drive account retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Supply teams for smooth service delivery
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, collections, and payment follow-ups
• Handle client escalations and operational issues proactively
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product & Operations teams for improvements
• Lead launch coordination and support expansion initiatives

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Operations, Mobility, Logistics, or B2B Services
• Experience managing enterprise or high-value clients
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset with KPI/dashboard reporting experience
• Background in transportation, logistics, SaaS, mobility, or fleet-based businesses is preferred
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
