We are hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage U.S-based clients, ensure smooth onboarding, maintain strong communication, and deliver successful digital marketing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with U.S clients
  • Understand client goals and ensure campaign delivery (SEO, GMB, PPC, Social Media)
  • Track campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports
  • Coordinate with internal SEO, PPC, and Creative teams to deliver tasks
  • Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct onboarding, project kick-offs, and review meetings
  • Maintain CRM records & follow-ups
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Ensure client retention and long-term business relationship

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or agency-based client handling
  • Strong communication skills (English Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google My Business, Meta Ads, & PPC campaign basics
  • Ability to multitask & manage multiple accounts
  • Strong reporting, client communication, and problem-solving skills
  • CRM and task management experience preferred (HubSpot/Trello/Asana)
