Position - Customer Success Manager

Job Description

  • 2-4 years of experience in managing digital campaigns
  • Coordination with clients / agencies and internal teams like sales, adops, sales strategy credit control, and finance.
  • To ensure completion of campaigns as per the stipulated duration, goals, targeting and other bespoke objectives of the campaigns
  • To ensure revenue realisation, and invoicing is completed on monthly basis
  • To ensure post evaluation of all campaigns.
  • To share all required reports on time with clients / agencies and internal teams
  • To keep all sales team members informed about the successful campaigns.
  • Build case studies of all campaigns.
  • Campaign analysis, insights, and provide intelligence to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • Good written and vocal communication
  • Experienced with all campaign management tools like GA, Adsense, Admanager etc
  • Understanding of tools like Comscore, Similarweb, Playboard etc
  • Excellent with MS office, in particular with PPT and Excel.
