Customer Success Manager

A global business management software platform — 35 years old, 7.5M+ businesses across 100+ countries — is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success manager in Saudi Arabia. They've been operating in KSA for nearly a decade. This is an established business giving you a blank canvas on the CS side — real ownership from day one.


They're looking for an Associate Business Manager to own the post-sale customer relationship across Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.

What you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding new SME customers and getting them to value quickly
  • Running product demonstrations and upskilling sessions as the platform evolves
  • Understanding customer business challenges and mapping them to product capabilities
  • Building long-term relationships that generate referrals and organic retention
  • Documenting customer success stories — real before/after business impact


What you'll need:

  • 2–7 years in customer success, account management or IT sales — software or SaaS environment preferred
  • Comfortable running product demos and explaining software to non-technical SME owners
  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Based in KSA
